Lavure Refund Policy
At Lavure, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every customer to have a positive experience. While we do not accept returns, we understand that there may be situations where a refund is appropriate. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
30-Day Refund Window
Customers may be eligible to request a refund within 30 days of the date their order is delivered. Refund requests submitted after the 30-day period will not be considered.

No Returns Accepted
Lavure does not accept returns. Once a product has been delivered, it cannot be sent back to us. Instead, we assess refund requests based on the eligibility criteria outlined below.
Eligible Refunds
Refunds may be approved under the following circumstances:
- The product arrived damaged or defective.
- The incorrect item was delivered.
- The product was significantly different from the description on our website.
- The item arrived missing essential parts or components.
- Your order was lost in transit and confirmed as undeliverable by the shipping carrier.
- Other exceptional circumstances approved at Lavure’s discretion.
To help us assess your request, we may ask for:

- Clear photos or videos showing the issue.
- A brief description of the problem.
Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in the refund request being declined.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be provided if:
- More than 30 days have passed since delivery.
- The product has been damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling.
- You simply changed your mind after receiving the item.
- The issue is due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
- Minor cosmetic variations that do not affect the functionality or intended use of the product.
- Delays caused by customs, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
Refund Process
Once we receive your refund request, our team will review it within 2–5 business days.
If your refund is approved:
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If your refund request is declined, we will explain the reason for our decision.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will instead fall under this Refund Policy.
Chargebacks
We encourage customers to contact us before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback. Most issues can be resolved quickly through our support team.
